Disconnector Dual-Confirmation Auxiliary Identification Device
Product Overview

This product utilizes modern industrial sensor technology, adopting a third-party perspective to identify the disconnector's open/close status by determining whether characteristic points such as the disconnector's open/close pointer, crank arm, limit post, open/close indicator, and connecting rod rotating bolt are in position - without interfering with the primary disconnector's movement process - and transmits signals to the station-end measurement and control (remote terminal unit) via a signal transmission path independent of primary equipment.

Functional Features
  • Flexible Configuration with Strong Adaptability
Provides various industrial sensors such as metal proximity sensors, Hall magnetic proximity sensors, and color recognition sensors, featuring strong anti-interference capability, stability, and reliability to meet the installation environment requirements of different types of disconnectors.
  • High Accuracy and Real-Time Performance
Front-end industrial sensors ensure high identification accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, stability, and reliability. Meanwhile, the teleindication hard contact signal transmission is adopted with a delay of less than 100 milliseconds.
  • Easy Deployment and Maintenance
The device utilizes spare cores on-site, eliminating the need for additional communication cables or protocol adaptation on the master station side. Only point list expansion is required to achieve remote control visualization. Standardized construction with simple and convenient maintenance.
