Power Grid Operation Cockpit
Applications

The Power Grid Operation Cockpit (POC) is the top-level application and user portal for the power grid dispatching and control system. Centered on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of grid operation, it provides users with KPI monitoring, early warning, information mining, decision analysis, and control functions by aggregating and extracting various grid operation information, invoking relevant calculation and analysis services, and centralizing various operational and control functions. It offers operators a comprehensive, intuitive, and closed-loop environment for managing the power grid.

Functional Features
  • Time Dimension
Indicates the time interval represented by the indicator, namely historical state, real-time state, and future simulated state.
  • Objective Dimension
Indicates the target domain of the indicator, i.e., safety, economy, quality, or environmental protection.
  • Link Dimension
Indicates the segment to which the indicator applies, including generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption.
  • Object Dimension
Indicates the object to which the indicator applies. KPIs can be displayed for different statistical scopes based on the user's scope of dispatch and control.
Implements KPI indicators and decision analysis thematic scenarios.
Provides GIS services applicable to different scenarios.
Implements pre-operation simulation and operational playback functions, providing capabilities for before-the-fact and after-the-fact analysis.
Integrates and implements practical application scenarios, such as equipment statistics, plant and substation voltage, line load rates, transmission section monitoring, meteorological impact analysis, typhoon monitoring, earthquake information, power source tracing, power supply and outage scope analysis, overload transfer analysis, and N-1 security analysis.
